A space for women to heal, understand themselves, and rise.

Mental health care that meets you where you are with warmth, evidence, and deep respect.

You’ve been
carrying a lot.

Maybe you’ve been holding it in for too long. Maybe you’ve been surviving, not really living. Maybe you’re ready for relief, clarity, and a gentler relationship with yourself.

You’ve found the right place.

Support for
wherever you are

Maybe you're up at 3am with a new baby, wondering why no one warned you it would feel like this. Maybe your mind is racing in six directions and you can't figure out if it's anxiety, ADHD, or just the exhaustion of never getting a break. Maybe you're a good parent to everyone but yourself — showing up for your kids, your job, your family, while quietly running on empty.

Anxiety. Burnout. The identity shift of becoming a mother. A brain that's never fit neatly into anyone else's mold. Life transitions that leave you wondering who you are underneath all the roles you play.

Support looks different for everyone — but it starts the same way: you don't have to do it alone. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be ready for something to change.

Built Around One Belief healing happens in relationship.

The Dandelion Space is a trauma-informed psychotherapy practice for women.

This is a space where you’re seen, understood, and supported not just for what you’re going through, but for who you are.

I’m Victoria, a Registered Social Worker and founder of The Dandelion Space. I believe women heal when they feel genuinely safe, deeply heard, and supported.

“Does this help a woman feel safe, understood, and connected to herself?”

At The Dandelion Space, every decision is shaped by this question, to ensure we serve the women who are here for support.

What we offer

ADHD Therapy & Support

ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider
Understanding how ADHD actually shows up for women — late diagnosis, masking, emotional dysregulation, and the weight of systems that were never designed for the way your brain works.

Perinatal & Reproductive Mental Health

(PMH-T) Perinatal Mental Health · Behavorial Activation (Summit Trial) Provider & Trainer
Support across the full perinatal journey — birth trauma, complex and high-risk pregnancies, VBAC preparation, pregnancy and infant loss (miscarriage, stillbirth), and postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD.

Maternal Mental Health

The identity shift that comes with becoming — or becoming again — a mother is significant and often underestimated. This work holds the grief, ambivalence, and growth of motherhood without rushing any of it.

Women's Life Transitions

Support for the changes that reshape a woman's sense of self — at any stage of life. Relationship shifts, career transitions, identity questions, midlife, empty nesting, and everything in between.

Trauma

IFS-Informed · Somatic · EMDR (in progress)
Most people carry some form of trauma. You don't need a diagnosis or a specific label to deserve support here. Work is nervous system-informed, drawing on IFS, somatic approaches, and EMDR.

Depression & Anxiety

Not as symptoms to be eliminated, but as experiences that carry information about what your nervous system needs. Warm, evidence-informed support without pathologizing what is often a reasonable response to an unreasonable situation.

Parent Coaching

Peaceful Parenting (Dr. Laura Markham) · Circle of Security Facilitator
Helping parents understand children's behaviour through an attachment and nervous system lens — and to parent with more connection and less reactivity. Offered within two specific frameworks.

Victoria Gray, RSW, MSW

Registered Social Worker • Trauma-Informed • Women’s mental health trained specialist
Virtual therapy for women across Ontario .

Warm care. Evidence-based. Whole-person support.
