The space you’ve been looking for.
You don't have to explain yourself here. You don't have to be in crisis to begin. You just have to be ready to stop carrying it all alone.
Hi. I'm Victoria.
I'm Victoria Gray, a registered social worker offering psychotherapy with over 8 years of experience, and the founder of The Dandelion Space. Sessions are currently virtual, so I can support women anywhere in Ontario. In-person sessions in Simcoe County are coming soon.
I work with adult women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the quiet, grinding weight of doing too much for too long.
My approach is direct, warm, and grounded. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of healing - I believe in building something specific to you.
I created this practice because I wanted a space where clients feel seen before they even walk in the door. That's what The Dandelion Space is.
Why a dandelion?
Most people see dandelions as weeds- something to be eliminated, managed, or kept under control.
But dandelions are one of the most resilient plants on earth. They grow through cracks in concrete. They survive conditions that would kill almost anything else. And when they bloom, they nourish the ecosystem around them.
What many overlook is that they also heal. Every part of the dandelion from its roots to its flowers; contains vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds that have been used in traditional medicine for generations to support the body, including the liver, digestion, and the body's natural ability to manage inflammation. What is often dismissed as a weed is, in reality, a source of nourishment, resilience, and renewal.
That's why the dandelion is at the heart of my philosophy. Like people, its value isn't determined by first impressions or by how others label it. Given the opportunity, it can take root in difficult places, transform adversity into strength, and create healing- not only for itself, but for everything around it.
I work with people who have been surviving in hard conditions for a long time. People who are stronger than they know and who are ready to stop just surviving and start blooming.
What I believe about healing
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about understanding what's happening, building capacity to feel it, and choosing what comes next.
I work from a relational, attachment-informed perspective - which means I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is healing. I'm not a blank slate. I'm a real person, in the room with you, genuinely invested in your growth.
I also believe you are the expert on your own life. My job is to help you access what you already know and build what you don't yet have.
What working with me looks like
We start with a free 15-minute consultation; just a conversation. No pressure, no forms, no commitment. Just a chance to see if we're a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we meet weekly or biweekly for 50-minute sessions. Sessions are currently virtual, so I can support women anywhere in Ontario. In-person sessions in Simcoe County are coming soon.
