The Dandelion Space is a psychotherapy practice owned and operated by Victoria Gray, RSW, MSW, a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Protecting your privacy is part of providing safe, ethical care.

What we collect

Through this website, we collect only what you choose to give us: your name, email address, and any message you send through our contact form, plus your email if you join our newsletter. If you become a client, your booking, intake, and clinical records are held in OWL Practice, a secure practice management platform, not on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, book appointments, provide services you request, and send newsletters you've signed up for. We never sell or rent your information.

Where it's stored

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which may store website form and newsletter data outside Canada. For that reason, please don't share personal health details through the contact form or by email. We'll discuss those privately once you're booked.

This website uses basic cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This information isn't used to identify you.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.
