Victoria.

I'm Victoria Gray, a registered social worker offering psychotherapy and the founder of The Dandelion Space.

Sessions are currently virtual, so I can support women anywhere in Ontario. In-person sessions in Simcoe County are coming soon.

My work centres on two areas I return to again and again: perinatal mental health and ADHD. I'm a Perinatal Mental Health Trained Provider (PMH-T) and one of a small number of clinicians trained as a Behavioural Activation provider and trainer through the SUMMIT Trial, an evidence-based approach to perinatal depression and anxiety.

I support women through the full landscape of the perinatal period, from pregnancy through the postpartum season. My care is evidence-informed and deeply attuned to what this time actually asks of a woman.

My work with ADHD is personal as well as clinical. I discovered my own ADHD as an adult, after years of wondering why some things came so easily to others and took so much more from me. That shift from "there's something wrong with me" to understanding how my brain actually works is one I now help other women make, from a place of curiosity rather than deficit.

How I work

My approach weaves together somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, Ifs Informed and EMDR.

I support women navigating trauma, major life transitions, maternal mental health, depression and anxiety, and the weight of experiences that are hard to name. I also offer parent coaching grounded in Peaceful Parenting and Circle of Security.

I'm not a blank slate. I'm a real person, in the room with you, genuinely invested in your growth.

"Your nervous system isn't broken. It's doing its best with what it's learned."

I created this practice because I wanted a space where clients feel seen before they even walk in the door. That's what The Dandelion Space is.

A woman with wavy hair, sunglasses, a floral top, and denim shorts, smiling and sitting on a red vintage sofa outdoors in a sunflower field with trees in the background.

A note about faith

For those who welcome it, I can weave a Christian lens into our work together. Faith can be a real source of resilience, meaning, and healing, and that part of your life deserves space in the room. I never impose a spiritual frame on anyone who doesn't want one. For those who do, it's a welcome part of the conversation.
